PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a HR Business Partner, in Phoenix, AZ.
This entry level HRBP position is located at the Phoenix, AZ facility with the Combat Missions Systems business.
The HRBP supports all Human Resources activities at the facility to include employee relations, new hire orientation, benefits management, labor relations and employee engagement.
A majority of the HRBP's work will be spent working COVID-19 issues at the facility to include contact tracing, rapid testing, policy implementation and data reporting for Phoenix, San Jose, Anniston & Aiken sites.
The position will work with the site leadership team to include the site HR Manager, Safety Manager and Site Leader on all COVID related matters.
Working hours outside of a typical work day are expected to respond to issues that may arise.
This is an entry level position with opportunity to be converted to a permanent position.
