Provide administrative support by performing clerical functions such as supporting administrative tasks in the office, providing administrative support on programs and projects, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging calls/meetings. Perform all other duties as required.
Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare document production and processing.
File and retrieve project documents.
Conducts copying, binding and scanning of documents
Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
Perform general office duties such as determining inventory levels, ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Works with others as part of a team 2-5 years of administrative experience.
Previous experience in an environmental consulting environment is preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong notetaking skills.
Proofreading and editing. Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Works with moderate supervision/guidance; accountable for individual results and impact on team. Expands knowledge and skills.
Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.
