Use your project and organizational skills to stand-up and manage engine Repair and Overhaul (R&O) for the product line. In this role you will develop processes and procedures to improve repair Turn Around Time (TAT), Develop standard costs, and work with customers to drive revenue, margin, and increase productivity. This project spans multiple Honeywell areas, businesses, and systems. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers, leaders, and Customers around the world. This program is critical to growth of the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices.
Ensure repairs are on or ahead of schedule
Review all job contract documents
Develop and implement process improvements
Maintain correspondence traceability with internal and external customers
Understand and follow export regulations of the product line
Assist with Depot stand-up in Phoenix
Issue repair quotes to customers and process customer POs
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and customer negotiation
Knowledge of IT and financial systems SAP preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results
Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
Strong experience in project management
