Site Human Resources Manager, ArizonaWe are looking for an HR professional with a strong business partner mindset to join our team. The Site Human Resources Leader is based out of our Chandler, AZ site and reports to the Director of Human Resources, Site Operations. This position directly supports a 100M+ revenue site of 250+ employees to include operations, quality, engineering and other support functions. This position is a trusted member of the HR team and operates as a critical business partner to site leadership team. This position has an HR coordinator reporting directly to the role.This role will require an analytical and collaborative HR manager who uses creative and innovative thinking to resolve complex business and HR challenges. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to take appropriate risks and should have a track record of leading as a change agent, assessing current situations, anticipating challenges and providing solutions that add value and promote a culture of change and HR leadership.Key areas of responsibility include talent development, performance management, staffing, employee relations, compensation as well as serving as a champion of engagement and employee value strategies. While the focus of this role will remain on the business partnership at the site, a working knowledge and ability to execute in the areas of benefits and HR systems will be required.
