American Express Travel Related Services seeks Technical Project Managers, to, under Director supervision, drive the development and delivery of technical products and solutions for our customers. Engage with product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business needs and identify solutions. Direct technical teams in the execution of project plans and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to project plans and progress reports. Oversee and perform reviews of product backlogs, designs, code, test scripts, and results and address delivery impediments or product quality issues. Prioritize, plan, and execute development schedules with business units, in-line with product development initiatives and regulatory needs. Leverage complex technical acumen to coordinate design alternatives and support team in technical issue resolution. Monitor and maintain dependency plans between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and third-parties. Conduct daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint.
