  • Our test automation teams find solutions for automation problems and develop corresponding scripts. This involves identifying test cases for automation, creating automation test plans, and configuring environments.

    As a Consultant on this team, you will play an important role in building customer relationships and maintaining ongoing contact with key stakeholders. You will be part of analysis and management; project and communications plan creation; issue identification and resolution, and reporting.

    Day-to-day you will:

    • Prioritize and select test cases for automation from existing test case documentation
    • Create and obtain approvals for automation test plans
    • Configure Test Environments
    • Perform automation framework design and implementation
    • Create, enhance, run, and debug test cases
    • Manage changes and execute regression tests
    • Coordinate the Test and Development teams to solve issues
    • Interact with the client to solve problems and implement fixes
    • Creating defect tracking reports and communicating release status to stakeholders

    You likely possess a broad range of skills, including:

    • An understanding of software development and computer programming
    • Strong communication skills to coordinate and support development team, and provide reporting metrics to client and leadership
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java
    • Excellent mathematical skills, price and detail-oriented approach
    • A creative, analytical, and innovative approach to problem solving
    • Experience with testing framework design
    • Ability to learn and leverage new technologies quickly
    • Experience in Agile delivery

    Certified Agile Software Test Professional Master Level (CASTP-M), Professional Scrum Developer (PSD), any ISTQB certification

    You likely have a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar degree


    You likely possess at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
