    Intel IT Corporate Functions (CF) is looking for a Leader of Customer Scale to transform the Sales and Marketing supporting solutions. This is a unique leadership role responsible for guiding the team members of Customer Scale Delivery team, supporting the Intel Sales and Marketing organization, to the next level of performance, skill, and leadership. This position will report to the VP/GM of Corporate Functions and is fully accountable from strategy to execution of the landscape, platform, and configuration and development of products and capabilities for all Sales and Marketing solutions. This includes the solution suites for Customer Experience, Seller Experience, Developer Experience and Intelligent Operations. The Customer Scale leader will work directly with the executives in the Sales and Marketing organization to partner and influence on transformation strategy, roadmap and be responsible for delivery oversight working with internal Intel employees and vendor partners. The leader will also oversee the technical aspects of development and QA, oversee the worldwide team, and work with the Delivery Methods and Coaching team to ensure that the Scrum processes are being met to ensure a quality result.

    Customer scale supports the process Intel uses for the Price to Deal, Market to Lead, Digital Customer Experience, Lead to Design Win, Customer Insight to Advocacy, and Demand Forecast to Revenue Optimization functional areas. The scope is to manage the worldwide Customer Scale delivery teams, and to ensure that the priorities of the Sales and Marketing are being met. This means collaborating with the business on long-term strategy for transformations in each of the major areas of Customer Scale. In addition, the leader will work closely with the architecture team to understand long term landscape changes, drive plan for landscape simplification, and technical debt reduction, and maintain a long-term skills plan to ensure continued skill growth to meet future needs.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Reports to VP/GM of IT Segment, Corporate Functions (CF).

    • Fully accountable for strategy to execution of the Customer Scale Solutions including all trains and solution teams' deliveries in the Customer Scale space.

    • Meet all business objectives for Customer Scale while operating within established annual budgets.

    • CF Operational Scope includes all delivery management, business partner relationship management, portfolio management, software engineering development, systems integration, application architecture, production support and application security compliance.

    • Establish / develop management leadership strength at all levels.

    • Execute 2-3-year strategic work force plan.

    • Establish strong relationships with all leadership across Sales and Marketing, and IT.

    • Ensure compliance to all laws and regulations for IT.

    • Implement, monitor, and grow Scrum principals across all Customer Scale Teams.

    • Ensure all employees have career development and training plans.

    • Establish robust governance process for all IT projects.

    • Ensure the security of our IT assets as well as proprietary, sensitive information from external as well as internal attacks.

    • Deliver on the IT departments operative goals and objectives as well as SLAs for system availability.

    • Work closely with project managers to ensure optimum allocation and utilization of technology resources.

    • Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the computer capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives.

    • Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of Customer Scale business goals and objectives.

    • Review and approve major contracts for computing and information technology services and equipment.

    • Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

    • Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans in Customer Scale Solutions.

    • Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company.

    • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Proven 10+ year track record of successfully delivering large, complex enterprise applications aligned to business outcomes while managing cross-matrix dependencies.

    • 10+ years' experience in Sales and Marketing application landscape preferred.

    • 10+ years senior management experience in large, cross-matrix, and geo-dispersed organizations.

    • BS or equivalent, Technical BS preferred, Technical MBA or MS Computer Science/engineering preferred.

    Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
