    The Role at a Glance

    We are excited to bring on a problem-solving Escalation Management Consultant to our Retirement Plan Services business to work in our Fort Wayne based office.

    Background Details

    In this exciting, fast-paced project management type position you will get the opportunity to lead a group of stakeholders to solve complex business corrections and deliver vital communications to our clients. Your primary role is to keep everyone on track and drive a positive customer experience for our clients during a correction. Additionally, you will become a fraud response expert that works with internal stakeholders to offer education and best practices to ensure the security of our clients' retirement accounts.

    What you'll be doing

    • Identifies more complex issues that are not clearly defined, determines root cause, assesses impact, and recommends solutions

    • Performs analysis and research regarding more complex escalated issues and drives the resolution of issues

    • Provides education on privacy and fraud best practices and responds to new incidents

    • Researches, analyzes, recommends, and implements more complex solutions to product and services by partnering with various departments across the organization

    • Reviews internal reports to identify and prevent suspicious activity from occurring

    What we're looking for

    Must-haves:

    • 3+ customer service and/or incident management

    • Bachelors degree or 4+ years of experience that aligns with the responsibilities of the role

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Retirement product knowledge

    • Project management experience

    • Fraud analysis or privacy incident experience

    • ASPPA RPF and/or QKA certification

    Work Arrangement:

    Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
