Job Title: Membership Specialist-(Quill Sales Department)
Conduct outbound lead calling in accordance with the program and department sales strategies. Be the primary contact for enrolled membership customers through onboarding with focus on increasing net sales, gross profit, and consolidation from other vendors. Promote customer retention by building a relationship with existing customers to educate them on the benefits of using ~~~ as a primary supplier. Provide an outstanding customer experience and represent ~~~ in a positive and professional manner.
What you'll be doing:
Secure new Quill Preferred Plus memberships from provided existing customer leads
Enroll customers into the appropriate Quill Membership that fits individual need to drive incremental
Effectively educate customers on appropriate Membership and ~~~ features and benefits
Successfully increase Net Sales and achieve Gross Profit targets
Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and their affiliated sites
Incrementally increase average order size per member
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering an exceptional client service daily
Achieve and exceed minimum productivity kPIs
Attend all team/department meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
Effectively utilize the CRM to successfully track and capture pertinent customer information
What we are looking for:
At least 6 months of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Proven account management or acquisition experience
