    KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Development to join our Learning & Development organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and implementation for the firm's talent development strategy and solutions

    • Collaborate and contribute to the evolving talent development strategy

    • Manage and execute the assessment approach for leaders on the pipeline

    • Review, track and analyze data and deliver recommendations in alignment with talent strategy

    • Coordinate and assist with System of Quality Control requirements around succession and talent development processes

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum five years of HR/talent development experience implementing/supporting strategic talent and/or learning solutions in a large, corporate environment, preferably within a professional services firm

    • Experience with technologies enabling HR processes such as succession and assessment, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in data analysis preferred

    • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations

    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders

    • Strong communication (oral and written), relationship development skills; ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior leadership

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details with the ability to function effectively in a remote/virtual role
