As a R&D Product Owner, you will be part of the team responsible for our software development efforts working on difference challenging problems for our customers. You will be part of a team dedicated to change Healthcare IT, responsible to work with stakeholders to define and collect requirements, establish roadmaps, manage expectations and facilitate deliveries and releases.
Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Work with our CTO and VP of Software Development to create product road maps based on current and future commitments
Manage the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
Develop and maintain features, user stories
Monitor and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Inspect and evaluate product through each iteration
Manage stakeholders and expectations
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Scrum Agile organization in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role) with direct experience working at an organization that has fully adopted SCRUM agile using Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Knowledgeable in software development and other relevant web technologies
Product Manager (or similar role) experience with proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle and working knowledge of product development architecture
Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M+.
Ability to manage multiple medium to complex business & operational change projects
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
Ability to prioritize effectively with strong ability to organize and direct quality time-bound work efforts in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding client relationship management skills requiring strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Comfortable working with executive management Demonstrated ability to drive crucial conversations across stakeholders of varying seniority.
Ability to communicate with brevity and clarity, both orally and through written communication, to management and co-workers.
Passionate and motivated self-starter that excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring no supervision

CSPO certification (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
Experience working in the health care industry.
Experience in maintaining productivity when working with a geographically dispersed team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; work efficiently involving multiple cross functional groups.
