Access Manager - IT Unit / Long Term Position!

This temporary position through Adecco will last for 6-12 months and is open now!

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Pay is $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

This position requires providing restricted access to all enterprise systems and services

• Establish and revokes computer access and grants data access to authorized users on all enterprise systems, including e-mail, webservers, and databases.

• Ensures only authorized users can access data and creates, maintains, and monitors all accounts.

• Maintains distribution lists, accounts, and groups with access to network resources.

• Serves as a resource for all staff, and departments requesting assistance with security access.

• Consults one-on-one with all departments on data access issues, passwords, connections, systems software, and general information.

• Serves as a subject matter expert for access management troubleshooting.

• Using Automated ticketing systems and consulting with other IT staff to resolve issues.

Ideal qualifications

• Ability to learn and retain the processes specific to this organization's operational requirements.

• Working knowledge of command line interfaces

• Experience with technical documentation writing

• At least one year experience in creating, maintaining or revoking user access accounts to computer systems using standard procedures

• Minimum three years customer service experience

• Strong written communication skills

• Detailed organizational skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
