    Summary

    Responsible for marketing and providing customer service for program services including occupational and travel medicine, immigration exams and hospital related services.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifies potential prospects and develops sales targeting methodology to ensure increased client company volume. Additionally, maintains and fosters existing client relationships.

    • Assists in the development and completion of annual marketing plan and budget, defines strategies and goals in conjunction with Administrative Director and Medical Director of the Occupational Health Center.

    • Develops tools for documenting and tracking customer interaction and data; maintains customer specific database. Submits monthly reporting.

    • Identifies cross sell opportunities for other hospital programs and coordinates accordingly.

    • Performs external one on one sales calls to potential customers in an effort to increase awareness of OHC programs and increase OHC visit volume.

    • Designs customer specific sales strategies and tactics.

    • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of health care environment, workers' compensation, OSHA, Department of Transportation and ADA.

    • Coordinates events, i.e. focus groups, breakfast seminars, for OHC customers and prospects with OHC Director and Medical Director.

    • Collaborates with marketing and public relations staff in the development of customer oriented promotional materials and sales collateral.

    • Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures

    • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

    Education/ Experience:

    • Bachelors Degree - Business, Marketing, or Related Field (Required)

    • 1+ years Healthcare related experience (Required)

    • Drivers License (Required)
