Aston Carter is working with a great client in the Cuyahoga Falls, OH area who is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team!
Process vendor invoices, credits and debit memos using Inspyrus and Oracle EBS accounts payable module
Maintain a current status for all assigned vendor accounts by accurately processing invoices and credits in a timely manner
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment status
Work with various members within the organization to research and resolve invoices discrepancies, including groups at our US and Canada corporate, plant and supply center locations
Work cohesively as part of the Corporate Accounting team to meet departmental responsibilities and deadlines with a sense of poise, urgency, practicality and integrity
Communicate across multiple departments and functions, including the supply chain teams, plant leadership, corporate departments and US and Canada supply center personnel to research invoice issues
Accounts payable, Accounting, Reconciliation, Invoicing, Data entry
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Oracle (EBS) experience preferred
Inspyrus experience preferred
