Responsibilities

• Reconciling A/P and A/R to the general ledger, along with bank statement reconciliation.

• Supporting the accounting department with essential tasks to maintain team alignment and efficiency.

• Preparing tax documents, including W-2s, W-9s, and 1099s.

• Compiling financial statements and reports for senior management.

• Assist A/P and A/R with Month-, Quarter- and Year-End.
