Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the Dallas, Texas area. This role is primarily focused on managing day-to-day accounts payable processing and general accounting duties. The workplace is a friendly and collaborative environment where excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day processing of accounts payable

• Perform account and bank reconciliations

• Assist in general accounting duties as required

• Collaborate with team members and volunteers to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize Salesforce Odoo platform for various tasks

• Employ MS Office and MS Excel for data management and analysis

• Maintain a professional and organized workspace

• Adapt to flexible working hours as needed

• Contribute positively to the team dynamic within a department of six members

• Assist with other accounting functions such as accounts receivable and payroll as needed

Skills

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and development tools

• Knowledge in accounting principles and procedures, including balance sheet account management, corporate accounting, and credit card accounting. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Ability to perform 10 - Key Accounting, Accounting Entries, and Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounting procedures, Balance Sheet Account, and Bank Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Corporate Accounting, Credit card accounting, and Expense Account

• Proficiency in General Accounting

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce ADM201, ~~~, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Platform

• Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Object Search Language, Salesforce Object Query Language

• Experience in Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Journey Builder, Salesforce Integration Cloud

• Proficiency in Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Implementations, Salesforce IDE, Salesforce Einstein

• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform, Salesforce Environments, Salesforce DX, Salesforce Development

• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Salesforce AppExchange

• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
