responsibilities

The primary responsibilities in this role will include

• Management of Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; Payroll & General Accounting functions, reconciliation, and Expense tracking.

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly-close process.

• Ensure the timely reporting of all (i.e., weekly & monthly) financial information.

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions; weekly forecast; and MTD actual tracking.

• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

• Work with the CFO to ensure a clean and timely year end audit; report monthly results and other data to Home Office.

qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 7 + years of relevant experience within manufacturing, hands-on leadership approach, and a great attitude.
