    Summary:

    The Administrative Assistant II - Development is responsible for day-to-day aspects of assisting project development and the development department with various activities, including administrative activity, research, and coordination to help meet wind, solar, and storage project goals.

    Requirements:

    • Prepares Landowner information and lease packages.

    • Documents Management of Land and 3rd Party Contracts.

    • Enters Land and 3rd party contract terms and payment obligations into RES's agreement management database.

    • Assists with prospective landowner mailings and other required Notices required for project management.

    • Assists with Datasite maintenance as needed.

    • Assists with Project tracking, contractual payment, and accounting administration.

    • Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.

    • Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.

    • Assists Project Managers and other RES staff with project-specific needs.

    • Understands contract terms and ability to recognize discrepancies.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Software skills - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Self- starter

    • Organization

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Functional competencies include attention to detail, accountability, collaboration, prioritization, and ethics & integrity.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/GED, required.

    • Associate's degree in office administration, preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, legal, engineering, environmental science, or energy development-related field, preferred.

    • 5 or more years of experience in administrative or development-related role, required.

    Anticipated base salary range: $25.26 - $32.20 per hour

    The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
