    Summary

    Amperage Electrical Supply is seeking an administrative specialist to join our back office team. In this position, you will be supporting other back office team members with customer billing, accounts payable, customer service, and general administrative functions.

    Reports to: PC Manager

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Must handle a fast-paced high-volume environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field) preferred; equivalent experience can be substituted

    Working Conditions

    Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: No

    Essential Job Functions

    • Organize and input customer billing prior to pricing review and invoicing

    • Assist with accounts payable functions including invoice receipt, purchase order matching, and expense categorization

    • Ad hoc customer service support including credit card collections, exempt certificate management, and waiver preparation

    • Complete administrative responsibilities including scanning/indexing, answering phones, and additional tasks as needed by other departments

    Compensation Range

    The compensation range for this position is $28 to $28 hourly.
