Position Snapshot
Business area: Nestlé Nespresso
Location: Montreal, QC located at 300 Léo-Pariseau, suite 2300 Montréal, QC Canada H2X 4B3; Hybrid
What to Expect:
You will assist the Marketing Director in the organization of the team operations, playing a crucial role in ensuring their effectiveness and engagement against core business priorities. Working closely with the marketing department management team, you will ensure productivity and provide support. Additionally, you will assist the marketing director in managing their agenda, preparing for business trips and meetings, and fostering a cohesive team environment.
A day in the life:
Organize and coordinate major departmental meetings, prepare necessary documents (agenda, follow-ups...)
Follow up on budgets with managers and perform the regularization process, including monthly accruals.
Maintain Outlook, specifically the calendar (appointment scheduling). Manage and update relevant Outlook distribution lists as required by the team and line manager.
Support the Marketing Director in the planning and coordination of meetings, interviews, events and other activities
Organize and enter expenses into the travel reservation system and process travel and expense accounts
Oversee the social committee and cascade the proposed activities to the Marketing Director for approval
Role Requirements
Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market and/or worldwide.
College degree or equivalent experience
Three to five years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Preferred Skills
Thoroughness and excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational and complex environment
