    In this position you will:

    • Be part of the VCE District Sales Team, reporting the Head of the District, to collaborate and prioritize VCE Dealer opportunities,

    • Be accountable for driving all Volvo Aftermarket programs and activities associated with Volvo Aftermarket product offerings through assigned dealers,

    • Provide Volvo Aftermarket Sales focus to assigned VCE dealers to build competence, confidence, and execution of Volvo's Aftermarket Sales Strategies with the purpose of increasing sales of Volvo Aftermarket Products and Solutions offerings.

    Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with assigned dealers on developing Dealer's Aftermarket business plan to utilize the available products and services from Volvo to grow dealers and Volvo's Aftermarket business.

    • Work with dealer to obtain alignment on yearly parts sales budget & business plan.

    • Work with dealers on executing the Aftermarket Business plan effectively to obtain desired aftermarket sales results including part sales, parts penetration, Volvo Extended Coverage and other identified aftermarket products.

    • Provide timely progress reports to assigned dealers throughout the year to ensure dealers are on track to meet agreed upon budget and business plan goals.

    • Ongoing responsibility to review Dealer's Volvo IronMark results throughout the year and drive improvements to help assigned dealers improve IronMark aftermarket results.

    • Provide Head Commercial District with ongoing assessment of assigned dealers aftermarket development, activities, status of business plan and sales results.

    • Support as a subject-matter expert the assigned dealers in all aspects of Volvo's Aftermarket offerings.

    • Develop and deliver sales presentations to Dealer sales staff and Customers on Volvo Aftermarket Products and Solutions.

    • Execute Aftermarket Product and Sales training both in person and virtually to dealer branch locations for assigned dealers.

    • Coordinate and maintain relationships with Volvo Aftermarket Product Managers to provide voice of the customer concerns and feedback in a timely manner.

    • Administer technical and commercial Goodwill policy for assigned dealers.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or Marketing

    • Minimum of five years relevant product experience in same or related industry

    • Experience within a heavy truck, commercial, or capital equipment OEM or dealer

    • Proven track record of commercial results

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

    • Proficiency in English; Spanish/French proficiency a plus

    • Frequent travel: 60+%
