  • Job Title: AP/AR Specialist

    Placement Type: 6-month contrac to Permanent Hire

    Location: Lake Oswego, OR

    Preferred Pay Range: $60k/~$28.85hr

    Remote?: In-office position. Occasional flexibility down the road if they need to work from home.

    What You Need

    • 2-3 years' experience with AP processing experience, 4+ without degree

    • Experience with 3-way match

    • Experience with bank and cc reconciliations

    • Experience with Check Runs

    • Experience with Accounting Software/ERP systems

    • Experienced with Microsoft Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUPS)

    PREFERRED "NOT-REQUIRED" QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associates or Bachelors Degree - Accounting/finance degree preferred

    • Accounts Receivable/Billing experience

    • Experience with Appfolio accounting software

    • Experience with journal entries, general ledger and assisting with month-end close processes

    • Previous property management industry experience

    REQUIRED SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    • Flexibility - ability to work within a dynamic position/industry
