Are you a self-starter but also great in a team setting with superb attention to detail? Then you may be a perfect fit for this temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role with potential of permanency. We are currently representing a well established company who is seeking an addition to their team. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be in charge of AP invoicing with accuracy in a fast-pace environment.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receives, verifies and matches invoices to supporting documentation prior to processing for payment

• Inputs and codes invoices into a computerized accounting system to process for payment

• Matches paid invoices to the check runs

• Verifies the mailing address on the checks and matches them to the address on the invoices

• Prepares invoices for electronic filing

Skills

• AP (2 years of experience is required)

• Invoices (1 year of experience is required)

• Workday
