    About the role

    As a Full Spectrum Lab Services ARC (Add/Removes/Changes) Analyst, you'll manage adds, removes, and changes requests of laboratory assets to support inventory management for the client.

    They are responsible for reviewing and verifying data generated from the ARC Smartsheet tool and managing the ARC processes to include gathering of approvals as determined by client SOPS. The primary function for this role is to ensure ARC requests are managed within the Key Performance Indicator targets and ensure proper hand-off to CMMS analysts for CMMS updates.

    This is an on-site position in Malvern, PA. Remote work will be permitted 1-2 days per week.

    What you'll do

    • Management of all Adds/Removes/Change requests in support of inventory management efforts

    • Review requests, validate information provided by requester; ensure all proper data points are included in request

    • Prepare, route and track required approvals per global, site and system SOPs (e.g., Maximo Change Control forms)

    • Coordinate with CMMS Business Analysists to ensure CMMS systems are updated to ensure accurate inventory data

    • Coordinate with CMMS and site teams to ensure PM schedules are accurate based on changes

    • ARC Tool system administration, training

    • KPI, metric and ad hoc reporting

    • Support inventory project related changes

    What you'll need

    • 2+ years CMMS system experience strongly preferred

    • Self-starter, independent worker

    • Ability to analyze data and identify data gaps

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • Prior experience as a CMMS admin, Maximo strongly preferred.

    • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

    • Demonstrate experience with analyzing large data sets with the goal to identify gaps and inconsistencies to resolve and implement data quality best practices and standard practices to make judgments.

    • Ability to relate data to operational needs and identify actionable recommendations within the data and improve performance
