    Minimum Qualifications:

    Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

    Assistant Professor

    • M.D. trained

    • Completed an approved residency program in ophthalmology including fellowship training in retina

    • Must be board certified or eligible and have a Colorado medical license or be eligible

    • Knowledge and proficiency in medical and surgical management of vitreoretinal disease is required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Expertise, interest, or additional training in hereditary retinal degeneration, uveitis, pediatric retina, or ocular tumors is preferred but not required.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge and proficiency in medical and surgical management of vitreoretinal disease. Demonstrated interest in resident teaching and basic or clinical applied research.
