    • A doctoral degree in epidemiology, or a related discipline in public health or medicine.

    • Experience in publishing peer-reviewed scientific articles in firearm injury research.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in obtaining research grants.

    • Experience in successful teaching at the undergraduate, masters or doctoral levels.

    • Demonstrated potential to establish an independent, externally funded program of research in firearm injury research.
