  • IMMEDIATE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR CLINICAL OPERATIONS OPPORTUNITY WITH GROWING PHARMA*

    Summary: The Associate Director, Clinical Operations is responsible for oversight of US clinical development providing vision, leadership, and mentoring of staff. The Associate Director is also a valuable team member providing input into clinical trial implementation, execution, and outcome, building consensus within the global clinical operations team. The Associate Director is also responsible for the day-to-day operations management of clinical trials. This position is also charged with the management of internal staff and external vendors and contractors.

    What they are looking for

    • Project Manager position but title it as an AD because want someone with a wealth of experience

    • Independently run Phase II/III trial with minimal guidance

    • Sponsor or CRO world is great

    • Someone who is very well rounded with working with vendors and contracts

    • CRO outsourced studies

    • Therapeutic area: Immunology, Hematology, Rare Disease & Critical Care studies (Complex because usually in the ER/Surgery Center).

    • Support: CRAs and CTA

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA or higher, preferably in a healthcare or life science discipline (Advanced degree preferred)

    • 6+ years of clinical, drug, or biologics development in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

    • Additional healthcare, life science experience is beneficial

    • Expertise in clinical drug development, operations, and strategic planning, specifically management of clinical trials operations

    • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring of clinical team members

    5X per week onsite in Paramus, NJ*
