Associate Solution Architect

As Nuvolo's Associate Solutions Architect , you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. You will help our clients by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of our service offerings. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their specific business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; assist with documentation and implementations. This requires an understanding of different processes and knowledge of ServiceNow or relevant experience capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engagement managers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of Nuvolo's Connected Workplace.

• Assist in creating technical designs, configuring applications, and developing workflows and automation scripts to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assist in providing ongoing guidance and support to clients to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of Nuvolo's Connected Workplace.

• Architect, develop, and transform our clients from legacy solutions to their new ServiceNow platform-based solution, leveraging current and new ServiceNow features.

• Assist in driving client workshops and lead process design and analysis exercises for out of the box implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related field

• ServiceNow or equivalent cert required: IT Service Management, Certified System Administrator. Certified Application Developer

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or SCRUM

• A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and technical teams.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines are essential in this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Key Competencies

• Understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) and agile methodologies

• Previous experience in product software deployment approaches

• General understanding of asset maintenance and property management (bonus)

• ServiceNow Experience (bonus)

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $125,000. Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
