What will you be doing?
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and directing them accordingly as well as greeting and directing all guests of the company, general support duties such as faxing, copying, typing, mail distribution, and special projects as required by management.
Prepares front desk for incoming calls by 8am daily. Orders Supplies on a weekly basis. Assists Customer Service with typing non-sequential numbers for orders. Assists Operations department with miscellaneous tasks that can be accomplished at the front desk. Handles print outs for various employees as need it. Assist in marketing projects, prints all marketing/promotion pieces. Sends out catalogs for customers. Orders and approves all business cards for company employees. Maintains organization in copy room. Manages all special UPS, FedEx, and DHL packages. Manages all mail distribution and postage machine.
