  • Description

    • Maintain industry leading service standards by providing prompt service and one call resolution

    • Complete timely entry of all inbound leads

    • Availability and dependability to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, following up on items as needed.

    • Highly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the companyy

    • Assist current clients who have questions about their policy in regards to coverage, billing, clarification, etc.

    Skills

    • Customer service, Call center, Inbound call, Customer support, Microsoft office, Csr, insurance customer service, property & casualty, property and casualty

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Insurance experience is a preferred

    • Call center experience required

    • Associates degree preferred

    • 2nd shift availability preferred

    • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
