Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative

Description

The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a notable healthcare organization to add a Spanish Speaking Bilingual Medical Customer Service Representative to join their team in a hybrid environment. This position offers 2 days per week remote! This candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have exceptional customer service skills and a high attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

• Mon-Thurs are in office

• 2 days are remote: Fridays are always remote from home + one more rotating day per week remote from home

Responsibilities for the position include the following

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in a respectful and professional manner.

• Uphold all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Process insurance claims and address billing inquiries.

• Verify patient information and update demographic records.

• Order and manage medical supplies and equipment.

• Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Healthcare experience-medical insurance and billing required

• Front office in medical practice required

• Possibly scheduling as experience a plus

• Software: Microsoft Office and Tango
