Randstad, in partnership with one of the fastest growing companies with an office in Irvine, CA is actively seeking a Billing Director to join their team! salary: $50 - $60 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Work with team to enhance overall business processes for efficiency, risk reduction and auditability.

• Work with other internal business units to resolve billing issues and concerns as well as recommend solutions to create efficiencies.

• Review and perform audits of billings and billing adjustments as well as ensuring compliance in billing related activities.

• Work to maximize productivity and ensure invoicing is valid, accurate and matches contractual terms for all clients.

• Effectively organize and manage billing staff and workloads.

• Manage team on expectations and goals and schedule regular meetings to discuss growth and areas of improvement..
