Position: Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Location: Glastonbury, CT

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Our client, a stable and reputable manufacturing company located in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage both office operations and daily accounting duties. This is a full-time/permanent position with competitive benefits and family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make all cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll

• Draw up monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

• Assist with month end close

Requirements

3+ years previous bookkeeping experience
