Your New Role

This Live Producer role is a leadership position on a highly-collaborative team. The ideal candidate for this position is adept at both leading elevated live productions, as well as managing AP's & PA's in a direct-report capacity.

This person must be an avid sports fan who keeps up with relevant storylines in the sports landscape.

This position requires someone who communicates exceptionally well & can prioritize their own tasks .

Must be OK with intermittent travel & irregular hours - the nature of live sports coverage requires occasional nights/weekends/Holidays.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Line-produce elevated digital shows in accordance with Bleacher Report's editorial standards, sense , and style

• Lead long-form live podcast-style productions hosted by current athletes, as well as oversee the post-edit process in coordination with Social & Programming

• Ideate around topical storylines in sports to help determine the content of live shows

• Interface with on-air Talent, both remotely and in-person, to align on content goals

• Manage the day-to-day schedule & long-term career path of direct reports

• Strong contextual sports knowledge

• Capacity to work in high-pressure, fast-paced production environments

• Fundamental Production skills (Adobe Photoshop/Premiere)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,786.00 - $109,174.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
