Business Analyst

Description

• Elicit and document business requirements

• Analyze business processes and data

• Identify opportunities for improvement through software solutions

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development team

• Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases)

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog

• Participate in project planning and estimation

• Conduct user acceptance testing

• Track project progress and identify risks

• Manage changes to requirements

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand and document technical concepts at a business level

• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., user story mapping, wireframing)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
