Responsibilities

1. Develop plant specific training for non-finance plant leadership.

2. Work with Plant Manager and Plant Controller to remediate any noted deficiencies and determine

follow-up actions.

1. Monthly review of the plant reconciliations. Review involves follow-up with the plants on noted

deficiencies when further support is required.

1. Assist with monthly close processes which include preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet

reconciliations, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing internal management reports.

1. Track production and sales statistics

2. Track and analyze departmental spending; drive accuracy and consistency of departmental reporting.

3. Assist with the plant site Product Data Management tasks.

4. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail

• Ability to effective project-manage and produce an organized, complete product

• Proactive attitude with a team mindset
