Business Systems Analyst

Description We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The focus of this role is on Information Management within the life sciences industry, specifically Commercial Data Warehouse solutions, Master Data Management, and Project Management. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, leading process and technical discussions to facilitate solution definition

• Collaborate within the Information Management group to successfully integrate business processes, roles, and technology

• Work closely with multiple client stakeholders to understand their business processes and technical needs

• Collaborate closely with system architects, project manager, and technology resources to guide on the impact of potential system design on the customer's business process

• Present complex data and solutions in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders

• Identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered

• Review customer's current processes to gather requirements and understand gaps of existing and/or proposed technology/core solutions

• Generate documentation to detail the customer solution (business, technical, and testing)

• Plan and manage their own and other team member's activities to meet deliverables and deadlines

• Facilitate and lead design sessions with the business and technical implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements

Skills

• Proficiency in Business systems

• Understanding of Data Warehousing

• Knowledge of MDM Technologies

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL

• Experience with Veeva Systems Requirements - Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis.

• Familiarity with Data Warehousing.

• Experience with MDM Technologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL.

• Knowledge of Veeva Systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.

• Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts.

• Ability to create detailed reports and present technical information in a clear and understandable way.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
