  • We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our HR technology team who will be responsible for assisting with product support, program deployments and analytics for Learning products at Robert Half.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible to address and resolve end user issues with access, completion and their experience on the learning platforms

    • Responsible for content administration, including creating and managing content

    • Responsible for developing complex non-standard/ custom reports and ad hoc analysis requests for stakeholders

    • Responsible for report creation, distribution, and maintenance of reports

    • Collaborates with other RH IT teams on support issues when needed

    • Responsible for identification, documentation, and training of support teams on Level 1 support issues

    • Responsible for resolution of escalated support tickets and collaborates with other RH IT teams when needed

    • Provides support with technical integrations and vendor escalations and resolutions, as needed

    • Supports research, requirements gathering, and use cases dev

    • Assists with identification of opportunities to use/leverage new or existing applications

    • Assists with research and discovery of appropriate solutions to ensure they are appropriate for the short and long-term business needs

    • Assists with product analytics and insights

    • Assists with design, development, testing (UAT & QA coordination), and deployment of new products or functionality

    • Assists with vendor escalations and resolutions, as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Up to 2 years business systems analyst experience required, preferably in the Learning space

    • Bachelor's Degree, MIS or related area preferred

    • Solid computer skills including MS Office suite - Excel, Visio , presentation software, as well as databases

    • Subject matter knowledge in Learning technology and industry trends is a plus

    • Ability to support and coordinate technical integrations with IT and vendors

    • Ability to analyze and synthesize data

    The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

    $58,000.00 - $86,000.00
