Does the idea of helping customers in a challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? We are looking for customer service representatives to join our call center team. The call center agent will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of customer and partner related issues.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

This is not a work from home position. Contract work is expected to last 9-12 months.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

Pay: $19/ 20 hour

Training Schedule: TBD

Work Schedule: Availability from 9 am to 9 pm.

Job Summary: Operating in a call center environment providing outstanding customer service. Answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat and callback interactions.

Qualifications

-Must have a HS diploma or GED

-6 months previous call center experience

-Computer literate

-Verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
