Call Center Representative

we are seeking a talented Bilingual Call Center Representative; you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English with professionalism and courtesy.

• Listen attentively to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide accurate information or assistance.

• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the company database.

• Follow established call scripts and procedures while also adapting communication style to meet the unique needs of each customer.

• Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve issues under pressure.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
