We are working with a well-known credit union in Lewisville, TX to support their growing operations with qualified call center customer service agents. This is a back-office call center role, 100% on site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume call center environment within the banking/financial services industry. • Handle a variety of inquiries and issues with grace and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and member satisfaction

• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address complex member concerns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall member experience

• Consistently exceed performance metrics, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
