    Attention Mechanics and Fix-it Wizzes! Your mechanical know-how, troubleshooting expertise, and knack for solving problems could earn you the role of our next Bilingual Call Center Specialist!

    Your day-to-day will involve being the first responder to incoming calls in our high-paced environment, primarily dealing with inquiries and emergencies related to our line of alternative power products, such as generators.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Handling a high volume of incoming calls from French-speaking customers

    • Providing accurate information and superior assistance to customers

    • Effectively troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving potentially complex issues

    • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with team members to improve overall service

    • Staying composed and focused even in high-stress situations

    Requirements

    • Fluency in French and English - HIGHLY PREFERRED

    • Excellent soft skills, including effective communication and empathy

    • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

    • Ability to handle challenging calls in a calm and positive manner

    • Knowledge or willingness to learn about our diverse product line, especially our generator products

    • Strong teamwork skills and customer-centric focus
