    Job Description:

    As a trusted Microsoft partner in the Federal space, the Deputy Site Lead role is a part of the Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) team providing end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform. Operational support is comprised of five workstreams teams: Livesite Engineering, Identity Management, Network Management, Tech Ops (Secure workspace operations) and Customer Experience (CXP). These teams span across various product groups, including Azure, Active Directory (AAD), and Office365. The services will be 24x7x365 and operated from three Microsoft SOCs located in Elkridge, MD.

    Here's what you need:

    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) plus 5+ years of experience

    • 8+ years of project management experience to include:

    • experience in briefing to customers/clients

    • effectively tailoring messages to the specific needs of the audience

    • experience with design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with customer objectives, utilizing various training methods and tools, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training

    • experience with creating and maintaining training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and e-learning content. Applies advanced knowledge for the planning and designing of instructional methods and materials

    • Ability to travel to sites within your region when needed 24. Shift work may be required

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills

    • Excellent communication skills to include effectively tailoring messages to the specific needs of the audience

    • Experience working in/with a data center, managed services project and/or in a secure operations center

    • Involvement supporting air gapped or any cloud environments a plus

    • Experience with technical writing, SOP creation or knowledge articles

    • PowerBI experience

    • Experience supporting the Azure cloud environment

    • Learning cutting edge technology, working closing with our Microsoft partner

    • High potential for internal growth of your career and skill set

    • Be a part of solving complex challenges for our customer that help drive National Security

    • Demonstrates strong project management skills

    • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and willingness to initiate and manage relationships across the customer space

    • Technical certifications in Azure

    • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum)

    Security Clearance:

    • Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Poly

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.     Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

    California: $117,000 - $214,300

    Colorado: $117,00 - $185,200

    New York: $108,500 - $214,300

    Washington: $124,700 - $197,300

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
