Description:

• Operate, Set up and Program CNC Machines to manufacture coponents

• Run 4-Axis mills and Manual Lathes: Use ProtoTrak equipment

• Machine various metals such as copper, brass and stainless

• Conversational Programming

• Use G&M code with CAM Software

• Read Blueprints

• Use Precision measuring tools to check parts in tolerance

Must Have 4+ Years CNC Machining in Manufacturing: Prefer vertical machining centers, Mills and Manual Lathes

Must Have experience with 4-axis+ Machines

Must Have Machine Set ups, programming, edits, change overs and tooling

Must Have Blueprint reading

Must Have Precision measuring using calipers and micrometers

Must Have G&M Code

Must Have Conversational programming

Nice To Have CAM software experience

Nice to Have Leadership/Supervisor experience to train other cnc operators

Nice To Have ProtoTrak machine/program experience

Nice to Have experience with buying new cnc equipment- want to add a new turning center
