CNC Mill Machinist

Description:

The CNC mill Machinist is responsible for the machining of new and repair part products to print specifications. The candidate will run either a CNC vertical Mazak Mill with Mazatrol controls (This machines smaller parts) OR CNC Johnford vertical mill with Fanuc controls. The specific machine is a Johnford but brand does not matter. SNK or HNK brands are most similiar. The CNC Vertical Mill is sometimes referred to as a Gantry Mill. They could also run a Toshiba bp 150 HBM with Tosnoc controls. A candidate that can run this machine but not a vertical mill will also work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years CNC Mill machinist experience

• 3 Years running a vertical mill

• Experience performing set ups and edits

• Machined down to +-.001

-Experience with fanuc controls or Mazatrol

• Education (HS or GED)

Pay/Shift:

$26-$32/hr

Monday-Saturday, Some Sundays 6pm-6am.
