We're looking for an advanced CNC Programmer committed to pushing the boundaries in the manufacturing of aerospace, defense, and industrial products.     Compensation: ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, reflective of your expertise.

    Work Schedule:

    • First Shift Convenience: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

    • Overtime Opportunities: Ready to ramp up your hours? Weekend overtime is available.

    Day in the Life:

    As a CNC Programmer, you'll be a cornerstone of our manufacturing process, embodying the precision and innovation that our clients rely on. Your day-to-day will involve:

    • Crafting detailed router instructions and operation sheets, and choosing the right tools for high-precision jobs.

    • Analyzing design data to set dimensions and configurations, ensuring flawless execution of complex designs.

    • Balancing machine capabilities with job requirements to select optimal speeds and feeds.

    • Applying lean manufacturing techniques to streamline processes in a cell manufacturing environment.

    • Collaborating with a dedicated team, bringing ideas and solutions to the table to enhance our operations.

    Are You the Ideal Candidate?

    • Hands-on shop floor machining and fixture design experience is valuable.

    • Proficiency in feature-based programming, automation systems like Load & Go, and familiarity with Okuma NC Gauge, Okuma TurnCut.

    • Skilled in 4-axis, 5-axis, and mill-turn multi-axis processing.

    • Mastery of Master Cam, VeriCut, Machine Building Simulation, and Okuma OSP controls.

    • Experience with on-machine probing for setup and inspection, tool load monitoring, and a deep understanding of GD&T is crucial.

    • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for compliance with ITAR regulations.

    • A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is a must; a degree in Manufacturing Engineering will set you apart
