We are looking to help grow our clients team and bring on a new team member to assist with the Finance department. Our team is looking for someone with experience with Flex RM System. This is a remote or hybrid role for our site in Exton, PA with a potential to go perm for the right fit. Provide accurate processing of commercial rebates in the Flex RM system Perform calculations and generate timely payments of Commercial Rebates in compliance with executed reimbursement Agreements Verification of contract compliance, master data and contract maintenance, and rebate processing Perform all data and process controls Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and initiatives, maintain associated documentation Analyze invoice and payment data to itemize and explain payment differences, and to facilitate compliance and contract performance reviews Provide performance reports to account management teams and communicate any items of concern, such as unexplained variances or possible disputes over contract language or discount calculations

salary: $55 - $60 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Provide accurate processing of commercial rebates in the Flex RM system. Responsibilities will include:

• Perform calculations and generate timely payments of Commercial Rebates in compliance with executed reimbursement Agreements.

• Verification of contract compliance, master data and contract maintenance, and rebate processing.

• Perform all data and process controls. Exercise good judgement within generally defined practices and procedures, present issues and discuss solutions in a group setting, facilitate process improvements and initiatives, maintain associated documentation.

• Analyze invoice and payment data to itemize and explain payment differences, and to facilitate compliance and contract performance reviews.

• Provide performance reports to account management teams and communicate any items of concern, such as unexplained variances or possible disputes over contract language or discount calculations.
