Construction Project Manager

Description

Will be responsible for on site management of projects in Charleston SC.

-Project type will vary, but all work will be in the Charleston vicinity.

-Previous experience within Multifamily, Federal, Commercial construction is required.

-Charleston office is new and growing, winning a lot of work in the area so continued growth is the goal.

Ideal candidate will have mix of project type (Federal, Industrial, Commercial, Multi-family) but also open to solid candidate with one industry.

Experience managing at least 2-3 projects on their own

Experience with large steel/concrete buildings or structures
