  • The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and curating content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the ICA messaging. They manage the content production, including ideation, creation, editing, and distribution. Content Managers collaborate with various teams, such as design, SEO, and social media, to maximize the reach and impact of content. They analyze content performance metrics, adjust strategies based on data insights, and contribute to the company's content marketing goals by generating thought leadership, engaging stories, and valuable resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, eBooks, videos, infographics, and more.

    • Curate relevant content from external sources to complement our content offerings.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.

    • Contribute to content calendars and timelines to ensure consistent content delivery.

    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all content materials.

    • Collaborate with the Director of Content Strategy to ensure content messaging aligns with the overall brand narrative.

    • Apply basic SEO principles to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.

    • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement keyword strategies and improve content discoverability.

    • Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to assess engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

    • Provide insights to the Director of Content Strategy to inform content optimization.

    • Collaborate with design, SEO, social media, and campaign teams to maximize content impact across various channels.

    • Provide support in the coordination and execution of cross-functional content initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in content creation, writing, or journalism.

    • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

    • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.

    • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS skills.

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    This role is budgeted for $94k

    This position has a salary range of

    $75,500.00 - $113,300.00

    Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
