We are seeking an innovative, collaborative and resourceful Controller! For this position you will need to have at least 5 years of experience as a Controller, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance-an MBA or CPA would be great! This position offers bonus potential and a LOT of great benefits. You must live in the Kansas City area for this position, as it will be 100% on-site. Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounting functions and financial reporting processes

• Conduct the monthly closing process

• Ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts and financial reporting

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, provide financial insights and ways to improve processes

• Analyze cost structures, and work to find cost saving opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments as necessary
